Logging In/Out

Step 1: Open a web browser (internet explorer, Google Chrome, etc Step 1: Open a web browser (internet explorer, Google Chrome, etc.), and type “mobile.ventech.com” in the address bar, then press Enter.

Step 2: At this screen, make sure the option for “this is a public or shared computer” is selected. Then enter your e-mail address in the Username field, and the password that was given to you, in the Password field. Then click “Sign In.” Note: Your e-mail address will be in the form of firstname.lastname@precisionspineinc.com. For example, John Doe would have an email address of john.doe@precisionspineinc.com

Step 3: Once you are logged into Webmail, you should now see the Webmail interface. All of your incoming email will be located in the folder labeled “Inbox”.

Step 4: When you are finished checking your email, always be sure to sign out of webmail by clicking “Sign Out” in the upper right hand corner of the webmail interface.

Changing Email Password

Step 1: To change your email password, you will need to click the pull down menu labeled “Options” to the upper right hand side of the Webmail interface.

Step 2: Next, you will click “Change Your Password” in the pull-down menu.

Step 3: At the next screen, you will enter your current password, new password, then confirm your new password. Then click “Save.” Your password should now be changed. You will need to close ,then re-open your browser. Now you can log back into your email, using your new password.
