Individual data are presented for each animal. (B) Quantification of viral load by RT-qPCR in the plasma of animals. Individual values of each animal are presented as the number of viral RNA copies per milliliter according to the time after challenge. (C) Quantification in (FFU per milligram of tissue) of viral load in various organs, including inguinal lymph nodes (ILN), mesenteric lymph nodes (MLN), and cerebellum (Cereb.).
