What is “Anonymous” Claim Reporting? New method of reporting claims through Origami A customized link is provided to your company that allows reporting under your policies and with your location data Claim report is considered “anonymous” because an Origami username and password is not needed to report a claim Available to all PestSure members

Pros FREE! No username or password required to report claims Anyone you authorize can report claims to PestSure through Origami Users will not have access to any sensitive information available in Origami to those with usernames Gatekeeper receives a copy of the information reported through the portal via email Your personalized link will only display location data specific to YOU

Cons Claims reported through the portal will not be visible in the incidents tab for users with an Origami account

Recommended Work Flow Injured worker reports injury to supervisor/manager Supervisor/Manager reports claim through online portal Origami generates email with claim report to PestSure Dedicated Unit with cc to claim reporter and Abby Gatekeeper receives notice of new claim reported via e-mail PestSure Dedicated Unit receives claim and handles as appropriate Acknowledgment letter will be sent with claim number to the appropriate contacts per service instructions once claim is set up
