Maths Recognise coins and notes Use time and ordering vocabulary Tell the time to hour / half hour Use language of days, weeks, months and years. Count to and across 100, forwards and backwards, beginning with 0 or 1, or from any given number. Count, read and write numbers to 100 in numerals. Count in multiples of 2, 5 and 10. Given a number, identify one more and one less. Identify and represent numbers using objects and pictorial representations including the number line. Use the language of equal to, same as, more than, less than, most and least. Read and write numbers to 1 to 20 in numerals and words. Science To use their observations and ideas to suggest answers to questions. Ask simple questions and know that they can be answered in different ways.
