Cancel a Booking

You can click cancel trip. Cancel a Booking Once a trip has been booked on the system it will appear in the ‘Upcoming Trips’ section on the home page. You can click cancel trip.

Cancel a Booking If you are cancelling a hotel reservation, the hotel policy rules will be displayed in a pop up. You should ensure you are happy with these before you click ok to accept.   You can provide a reason for cancellation in the box or simply click ‘ok’

You can return to the home page from here. Cancel a Booking Acknowledgement will be given of your cancellation and a cancellation email will be generated. You will be provided with a cancellation reference when a hotel reservation is cancelled. You can return to the home page from here.
