The first document to upload is the Safety Policy Statement. Insert the name and title of the signer into your Safety Policy Statement. Transfer your Safety Policy Statement to company letterhead. After signing, scan the document to your computer. Upload the scan of the signed statement to your SMS Dashboard. If you are unable to scan the signed document, file it in a safe location and upload an unsigned version. Include in the uploaded document a reference to the location of the signed copy. Upload your company documents by clicking the Policy/Documents on the top menu of the Dashboard. Click on Policy/Documents On the Documents Screen, click on Upload New Document Version 2 | Revised 7/5/2018 SMS Document Upload

Document Upload & Categories Select the file you wish to upload Enter a file name and description Select a category for the file Click Upload File Select an authorization level – only users at or above that level will be able to access the document From the Document Menu you can modify your categories by clicking Manage Categories Version 2 | Revised 7/5/2018 SMS Document Upload
