Maribyrnong Catchment Healthy Waterways Strategy Integrated Water Management Forums

The Healthy Waterways Strategy takes a values-based approach to: Set measurable targets to improve the things we care about Prioritise management activities for the best outcomes Ensure our management activities are providing the desired outcomes Assess the effectiveness of our management activities in achieving our targets

IWM Forums Being set up by Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning, to deliver on Chapter 5 of Water for Victoria Encouraging collaboration across silos and delivering projects that residents want High level (CEO, director) view and a place-based focus The forum will likely come up with priority projects for the catchment Water authorities, Catchment Management Authority and local councils will be invited
