Access to data for researchers generates policy evidence and learning and this has obviously a great potential especially if our data are combined with data from other sources. This multi-source analysis can boost the quality of the research for obvious reasons. This data is also useful for MS administrations and EU institutions both for reporting and benchmarking. Also policy makers should have the easy and comprehensive access to data. Better access to quality data allows can equip them to make more informed decisions. ESI FUNDS Cohesion Policy 3
