Sign In To access Learning Hub go to http://aalms.sumtotalsystems.com and enter your employee number (or pseudo ID) and your password.

Before You Begin If you’re missing any courses necessary to obtain RII, you cannot register for QC LMS Notice of Authorization! To see the courses required for RII, review your Qualification Status report: Go to your homepage. Click on My Qualification Status. Search for the qualification type RII. Click Yes or No to see the details.

How it Works Before you register for QC LMS Notice of Authorization ATA 28, the details on your Qualification Status report show you are not compliant for that activity. “No” in the Compliant column. The details also show you are not compliant for RII Verification ATA 28 At the end of the process, you’ll show compliant for both. ~ The next slide shows you a sample report.~

Qualification Status Details – Before

Begin With a Search On your homepage: Click the Search icon at the top. Enter “ATA” in the search window. The response may show several options with “ATA.” Take care to select the correct one.

Start the Registration Select the drop-down arrow for the correct ATA28 course. Click Register. This alerts QC there’s a request to grant RII Authorization.

Submit the Registration Click Submit to complete the process. Remember, if you’re missing required courses for RII, you won’t able to complete registration.

Success! Click Done. This puts RII Verification ATA 28 on your To Do list.

Qualification Status Details – After Now, the only “No” is for RII Verification ATA28. This will be automatically added to your To Do List.

Your To Do List The course is now on your To Do list. Click Start (or Register).

Submit As you continue, you’ll see this screen. Click Submit.

Completion Credit As the final steps, you will see these two screens: Click to check the box on this screen. Click to Exit on this screen.

Updated Qualification Details RII Verification ATA 28 is now “Yes” on the Qualification Status report.

Print the RII Notice of Authorization Card On your homepage click on My Training Transcript.

Print the RII Notice of Authorization Card (cont’d) On this screen under Options, click Diploma.

Print the RII Notice of Authorization Card (cont’d) Click Print, then sign and add your employee number. You can laminate the card to preserve it.
