Presented by District Governor Lauren McAllister District Goals 2014- 2015 Presented by District Governor Lauren McAllister

1. Support  The Eliminate Project by completing the following: Raise $125,000 between May 1, 2014 and March 31, 2015 Earn at least 25 Elimidallions throughout the District Will have 75% of clubs participating in the The Eliminate Project

2. Provide service to the community by achieving the following: Completing at least 3,000 hours for the Governor’s Project (Special Needs Awareness Programs-SNAP) Complete at least 22,000 hours of service

3. Promote Key Club by completing the following: Charter and/or Reactivate 15 clubs Aid clubs with less than 20 members to increase membership to at least 20 members

4. Improve the quality of leadership by achieving the following: All divisions elect a Lt. Governor before DCON enabling next year’s leaders to maximize leadership skills through opportunities to observe and work with their current Lt. Governor. Contested elections held in each division To give us better quality leaders because they give thought to, plan, and put effort into running for office and shown dedication to Key Club and their office.
