SWOT Analysis Understanding your Strengths and Weaknesses, and identifying both the Opportunities open to you and the Overlap of services you might provide.

Strengths & Weaknesses + Strengths - What are we doing well? These are attribute that we can control. - Weaknesses - What are we doing not so well? What are we missing?

Opportunities & Threats + Opportunities - What are local conditions, trends, other programs that are positive but outside of our control? - Threats - What local conditions, trends or other factors are negative and outside of our control?

Brainstorm Action Steps Opportunities/Weaknesses - Areas where there is potential to build capacity to address problems, but additional resources/investments might be needed?

Brainstorm Action Steps Opportunities/Strengthes - Areas where you can build on existing capacity for maximum impact or quick wins?

Brainstorm Action Steps Threats/Weaknesses - Areas that are high risk that must be addressed urgently?

Brainstorm Action Steps Threats/Weaknesses - Areas that are high risk that must be addressed urgently?
