Needs Plan Projects Working with the Counties and Cities we have developed a draft list of projects for 2045 This was the working draft and we made refinements based on comments Project maps and tables are located on the PathForward2045.com website

Edits and Modifications CLAY COUNTY Requested a new 2 lane facility be added that extends County Road 315 north to Sandridge Road. Requested that the a segment of the County Road 218 extension be removed.

Edits and Modifications DUVAL COUNTY The replacement of the Mathews Bridge has been added. A new Bridge Investment Program has been announced and the Mathews Bridge would likely be eligible for replacement if included in the plan. Eastbound general purpose lane on JTB from Southside Boulevard to Hodges Road have been added. This matches the westbound auxiliary lane already in place on JTB along this same segment. Removal of project # 2006 – Salisbury Road Extension from Belfort Road to Baymeadows Road Modification of the description of project #2010 – Southside Boulevard ay Baymeadows Road - from “Underpass” to “Continuous Flow Intersection” Project 2012 – Southside Boulevard from Beach Boulevard to Atlantic Boulevard – widen to 6 lanes vs Context Sensitive Solutions

Edits and Modifications DUVAL COUNTY, Continued Project 2013 – Southside Boulevard from Hogan Road to Gate Parkway – widen to 6 lanes vs Context Sensitive Solutions Project 2014 – Southside Boulevard from JTB to Beach Boulevard – widen to 6 lanes vs Context Sensitive Solutions Project 2015 – Southside Boulevard from Philips Highway to the I-95 Ramps – widen to 6 lanes vs Context Sensitive Solutions Project 2017 - SR 9B from Phillips Highway to I-295 – modify description to read “widen to 6 lanes”

Edits and Modifications ST JOHNS COUNTY Addition of an intermodal facility at the St Augustine Airport. This project was inadvertently left off the list.

Edits and Modifications JTA PROJECTS JTA has identified seven (7) additional Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) routes to be included in the Needs Plan.
