EL Specialist Update 2-6 students per period (during their PE class) iReady Growth Monitoring Test – significant improvement for 87% of students iReady is just for English language reading skills tailored for individual student needs in the areas of phonics, vocabulary, and comprehension (literature/informational). iReady lessons/quizzes at home On average, students work on iReady for about 15-25 minutes, while the others work with Mrs. Rivera one-on-one. There is 100% participation in my groups.  Every student practices reading aloud, presenting work, and engaging in English conversation practice.
