Enhance Hyperlocal Content Partner with Canada’s leading market research firm to enhance neighbourhood content and design new searches with insight into consumer profiles and local market statistics Introduce New Searches In addition to the Keyword Search launched in 2015, provide consumers the opportunity to search by Travel Time as well as lifestyle preferences and similar neighbourhoods Fully Mobile The site will be fully optimized for mobile devices by the end of March
rlpNetwork Following the launch of the new intranet site in February 2015, we saw more than 12,000 users log onto rlpNetwork in March. Everyone Can Now Access Google Apps All members of our Network, even those not actively using their @royallepage.ca email address, can access Google Apps for Work including Calendar, Drive, Hangouts, and Google+ Unlicensed Assistants There is a new personnel type in User Administration that has similar rights to an agent but will not display on the royallepage.ca website Chat Available for Support Users now have the ability to chat with Royal LePage’s Customer Care Centre during normal business hours via the Help button on rlpNetwork

Email Since launching with Gmail in 2014, use of @royallepage.ca email addresses has more than doubled to over 20,000 licenses. Enable 2-Step Verification With an increasing rate of fraud and phishing attacks targeting our industry in particular, it is critical that you protect yourselves, your agents, and your customers by enabling 2-step verification on your email account Distribution Lists We are currently piloting a way for a broker to send an email to their entire brokerage or to a specific location with custom email addresses. These distribution lists will be available nationally in the next few months.
