Common Questions We Get: Transcript Requests: The registrar, Vanessa Maldonado, is who processes all transcript requests. There is a link for instructions on our counseling web page, under “Transcripts.” Verification for Enrollment (VOE): Attendance clerks process this request and will need advance notice so signatures can be acquired. Homework: Our data clerk, Teresa Lee, can assist with collecting work for your student if he/she is ill more than 3 days. Most teachers are moving to Google Classroom for assignments and can be reached via email, as well. Grades: All students and parents have the ability to set up Gradebook access. You will need your student ID number and email to set up.

Common Questions We Get: Schedule Changes: LISD has a policy we must adhere to. It can be found in both the Course Offerings Book and High School Handbook mentioned previously. Forms are made available during the beginning of school year, but only after the announcement has been made, and can be picked up in the counseling suite or administration office. Letters of Recommendation: There is a GOLD PACKET for students to fill out and return to their counselor at least two weeks prior to deadlines. This packet can be accessed on the counselor web page, under “Recommendation Letters.” Test Dates: Our Campus Testing Coordinator (CTC), Sharesa Brady, oversees all standardized testing (STAAR EOC, PSAT, PSAT/NMSQT, SAT, TSI, ASVAB). Please check the “Testing Department” web page for dates and more details.

Important Upcoming Events August 14: First Day of School (no schedule change requests available on 1st day-listen to announcements for more information) August 24: Dual Credit Information Day for prospective dual credit students, 9:00AM-12:00PM at SPC Levelland campus.
