Logon Screen

Look up and Register Students for Classes/Programs ● Log in using your Student Manager User credentials ● Search for a student and you will be logged in as that particular student ● Enroll in courses and view student history ● Quick Pick registration ● Edit student name records ● View student’s proxy registrations they have registered in the past

Applying Payments to Registrations ● Multiple payment options for the SM User ● Pay by credit card, cash, or check Customers never see cash or check option when going online, only SM Staff Users see those options. ● Payments are completed online so users do not have to be logged into Student Manager. ● The Student Manager Cash Box report will display SM User names on the report. 

Viewing Course Information ● View Rosters for any course ● View Course Details, e.g. description, enrollment numbers, number of sessions, instructors, etc. ● Export Roster Data to Excel Spreadsheet or PDF document ● If you have the Attendance Tracking Module, this will be the place where you may track attendance online. ● Ability to view information on cancelled courses ● Contact students in a class by email
