How to Request Access to Communities/Groups In EPA Web Application Access (WAA)

How to Request access Go to: https://wamssoprd.epa.gov/iden tity Log in with your LAN ID credentials.

How to Request Access Click on “Self Service” in the upper right Then click on “Request Access” title box After clicking on box, a pop-up window will appear, stating “Request for Self” click on button to continue

How to Request Access Under the Catalog tab, click on Entitlement In the Search field, type in the name of the Community/Group being requested. OECA Docket Click the Search button.

How to Request Access From the list under Categories, select the community you would like to join by clicking on Add to Cart

How to Request Access Continue by clicking Next at the top right of page

How to Request Access Enter the reason for your request in the Justification field Click the Submit button to add

How to Request Access Finally, the request submission acknowledgement message will pop-up. You will now have access to NCSIS: https://oecadocket.epa.gov/

Confirming access Click on My Access on landing page

Confirming access A list of all the communities you have access to will appear

Confirming access For a detailed summary request of a specific community, click on the Request ID hyperlink located next to the community There you will be able to view your user type
