Membership Report Current members – 538 (69% of students represented) Ended last year with 515 63 Staff Members – 100%! Thank you Grand Ridge staff for your support! Pam

Nominating Committee Article 5, Section 5 of the WSPTA Uniform Bylaws require the formation of a Nominating Committee. The duties of the committee include submitting to membership a signed, written report at least 15 days prior to the next BOD election of the name of one or more candidates for each office to be filled. Qualifications for Candidates Committee shall consist of at least 3 members elected at a General Membership Meeting. Members of the committee shall have been members in good standing for at least 30 days preceding the election. No member shall serve more than 2 consecutive years. Neither the president or school principal is eligible to serve. Only members of the local unit shall be eligible to vote for or serve on the committee.

Art Docent Budget Requested increase in budget of $1,000 Current outstanding reimbursements approx. $500 Expected future expenses $350 $250 for the unexpected Upgrades to program have created one-time expenses Rigorous cost-saving and tracking measures are in place Great feedback from teachers on new lessons and material upgrades
