Time Ends; Eternity Begins 2 Time Ends; Eternity Begins 4 7 5 10 3 events and explanations:   Church Age – the period of time when Christ is creating a new humanity called the church (Ephesians 2:15). Heaven – the saved of the church age will be in Heaven during the Tribulation (Revelation 5-6). Millennial Kingdom – Jesus will personally and physically reign over the earth for 1,000 years (Revelation 20:1-6). Judgment Seat of Christ – each saved person will have his life reviewed (I Corinthians 3:10-17). Tribulation – seven years of God pouring out His wrath upon humanity (Revelation 6:17). Beginning of Sorrows – the Antichrist will come to power and God’s judgment will gradually increase. Rapture – the Lord Jesus will descend from heaven with a shout, the saved dead will be resurrected, the saved living will be changed, and we shall meet the Lord in the air (I Thessalonians 4:13-18). Battle of Armageddon – Jesus will destroy the armies of the world in the greatest battle of all (Revelation 19:11-21). Great Tribulation – the second half of the Tribulation will witness unprecedented disaster, disease, and death. Second Coming – Jesus will return with His saints to fulfill “Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth…” New Heaven and a New Earth – God will create for His glory a beautiful new universe where we will spend eternity with Him (Revelation 21-22).
