How to play ‘Who lives under the sea?’

Instructions Click on the animals that you think don’t live under the sea. If you are correct the animals will disappear. You should be left with the animals that do live under the sea at the end

Key Stage One This could be played as a class at the end of a habitats topic, to see if the children have understood the habitat of animals that live under the sea. Easily adaptable to use for other habitats. Children could use the game interactively using an IWB. Class discussion of why the animals live their and why the other animals do not live their.

Key Stage Two Children could play this game independently or in partners. Children could use it as a template to create their own game. Create a game to challenge their partner and their knowledge of habitats. Easily adaptable for other areas of the curriculum.
