Meet Mrs. Hepner! First Off… My Favorites! The Basics ! My Education! Hi! My name is Mrs. Laura Hepner. I will be your child’s third grade teacher for this year. This will be my 13th year of teaching. I have taught two years of fourth grade, five years of third grade, two years of second grade, and three years of first grade. My husband and I have been married for 12 years. We have 7 year old twins (Ella and Ethan) that are in second grade at Millikin. My Favorites! The Basics ! I taught for five years in Arvada before moving to Atkinson, IL in 2005. I taught for three years at Southwest Elementary. My husband and I moved to Springfield in 2008. I taught for three years at Rochester Elementary before resigning to stay at home with our twins. In 2018, we moved to Geneseo to be closer to family. We are thrilled to be living and working in Geneseo! I absolutely love teaching and I am so glad to be teaching at Millikin. My Education! Contact Me! I attended the University of Northern Colorado where I received a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education in 1999.
