Future Bound Miami hopes to achieve this by: Providing all children with savings accounts. Assisting children and parents with financial education and developing savings habits.

Future Bound Miami Account Activation Steps Activate your child’s Future Bound Miami Children’s Savings Account with these steps: Set up your M-DCPS Parent Portal Account and link your child. Activate your child’s Future Bound Miami Account during the Account Activation Period. Make your first deposit into your child’s Future Bound Miami Account.

M-DCPS Parent Portal Account Setup – Step 1 The Parent Portal is an online tool containing valuable student information such as attendance, grades, and parent resources. You will be able to see your child’s account balance through the Future Bound Miami Savings Tracker in the Parent Portal.

M-DCPS Parent Portal Account Setup – Step 1 Instructions to set up your M-DCPS Parent Portal Account and link your child can be found on The Parent Academy website by visiting parentacademymiami.com and clicking on Resources. Click on Resources then Setup Your Parent Portal & Choose Your Language

M-DCPS Parent Portal Account Setup – Step 1 Remember to set up both your Parent Portal Account and to link your child. In order to do both you will need the following: Child’s M-DCPS Student ID Number Parent 6-digit PIN number (obtain from teacher and/or school) Student’s Date of Birth Student’s Birth Place (State and/or Country) Zip Code

Future Bound Miami Account Activation – Step 2 The first Future Bound Miami Account Activation Period will take place from November 4, 2019 to December 6, 2019. Future Bound Miami Accounts can only be activated by logging into your M-DCPS Parent Portal during the dates above.

Future Bound Miami Account Activation – Step 2 You will also give permission to the South Florida Educational Federal Credit Union (SFEFCU) access the following information for deposits: Student Name M-DCPS Student ID Number Date of Birth All information will be kept confidential and used only for the purposes of managing your child’s Future Bound Miami Account.

Future Bound Miami Account Activation – Step 2 Congratulations! Your child’s Future Bound Miami Account is now set up! You can now log into the Parent Portal to check your child’s account balance. Please allow up to 24 hours after activation to see your child’s incentive of up to $50 for activation and before you make any deposits into the Future Bound Miami Account.

Make First Deposit into Future Bound Miami Account – Step 3 Now that the Future Bound Miami Account is set up and you have waited at least 24 hours, you can make your first deposit into the account at any SFEFCU branch. Please remember to bring the following information when visiting SFEFCU: Student Name Student M-DCPS Student ID Number Student Date of Birth
