(A) Selective right renal angiography demonstrated tandem >50% stenosis of the proximal portion of this vessel, with a dissection flap with fusiform dilation seen within its inferior branch (arrows). (B) Diagnostic arteriography of the accessory right renal artery demonstrated multiple sausage link–type stenoses (arrows). (C and D) Diagnostic arteriography of left renal arteries demonstrated no significant stenosis of the main left renal artery but did show severe segmental stenosis of the proximal accessory left renal artery.
