It allows to consider the innovative potential of the educational establishment pedagogical staff as a set of interrelated and interdependent components that form the integrity of the educational system. We are primarily interested in the motivational and cognitive criteria. We included such a factor as independence in the cognitive criterion. The research was carried out to implement in practice our model for on the basis of Municipal Budgetary General Educational Establishment of the Special (Correctional) Boarding School for Students with Disabilities (Hearing Impairment) No. 12 of Chelyabinsk. As a result of which we will have a unique, individual, previously not existing (including in a particular educational institution). ГУМАНИТАРНО-ПЕДАГОГИЧЕСКИЙ RESULTS The complex of methods, forms and means is necessary and sufficient for the successful development of the innovative potential. It was proved during the implementation of the model. After analyzing the results of the diagnostic study, we found out that the majority of pedagogical workers possess the necessary motivational and cognitive resources to realize their innovative potential. This fact indicates that there are no barriers to the implementation of the model for the development of the desired quality. We are planning further research on this issue.
