Problems doing ERX in KRNIC Fairness & Balance There are two kinds of big complaint ERX resource holders : they don’t want to be bothered Current resource holders : they don’t want to share the cost for IRM If a ERX resource holder want to transfer to one of KRNIC member through KRNIC, Is it possible for the KRNIC member to be upgraded their member tier by the transfer? If so, do you expect there will be a ERX resource holder who want to transfer?
