BE A PART OF OUR YOUTH TRADE UNION ORGANIZATION

Youth Trade Union Organization - MSO MSO was established in May 2007 as a part of UNASM Our goal is to educate young people for successful working and acting in the union, supporting for more youth employment and realising more working rights According the last labor market researches, the informal economy has done many young workers to become a part of the gray economy

How can we help? How to decerease unemployment? Education and training systems, necessary skills conected with the market demands Correspondence of education and trainings with the employers demands for quality workers Voluntary participation of youth and students during school year, during summer vacations as well as practise during an educational program shortening the long period of unepmloyment (trainings for young unemployed before they complete 6 months without a job)

What we have done! We had two successful campaigns this year for youth: First we organized the 3 national trade unions to be members in 4 seminars were we worked together on this topics: Leadership, communication skills, team building and how to make a project and how to look for a supporter. We made a body in which all 3 unions have 3 members each in the body, and we will continue to work together in the future

And more The second project is campaign for new members in the youth organization MOS. We had volunteers in the universities and dorms dealing leaflets and posters there. We hade open days in the union, questionnaire for the companies for voluntary work for students.
