My view of teaching I will: demonstrate knowledge of the teaching and learning process; demonstrate the capacity to arouse learner interest in the subject; prepare and organise thoroughly for classes; develop and communicate clearly student learning outcomes, course requirements and pathways to success; challenge students to achieve learning outcomes and to develop critical thinking and problem solving abilities; develop a rapport with learners; use approaches to teaching and evaluation of learning that respect diverse student learning needs; use assessment methods that are aligned with learning outcomes and instructional approaches; encourage student participation in the learning process; and demonstrate reflective teaching, for example by using feedback from students and others and by self-recognition of what I can do better

Note No WIKIPEDIA Black on white slides?? Please make me aware right away of any concerns or improvements required for this course.
