Shear-Wave Dispersion Slope from US Shear-Wave Elastography: Detection of Allograft Damage after Liver Transplantation Shear-wave dispersion slope obtained at two-dimensional US shear-wave elastography was associated with both liver fibrosis (P = .02) and degree of necroinflammatory activity (P < .01) after liver transplant. Shear-wave dispersion slope provided better diagnostic performance than liver stiffness value in detection of allograft damage after liver transplant (P < .01). Images in a 53-year-old who underwent liver transplantation 1 year ago and was diagnosed with acute cellular rejection.
