Discipleship means doing your God-given ministry Discipleship means doing your God-given ministry. Faith is the mindset that empowers it.

“God and I are going to do something great with this situation.”

Faith is not what you believe. It’s what you do with what you believe.

A large crowd followed and pressed around him A large crowd followed and pressed around him. And a woman was there who had been subject to bleeding for twelve years. She had suffered a great deal under the care of many doctors and had spent all she had, yet instead of getting better she grew worse. 

When she heard about Jesus, she came up behind him in the crowd and touched his cloak, because she thought, “If I just touch his clothes, I will be healed.”  Immediately her bleeding stopped and she felt in her body that she was freed from her suffering. At once Jesus realized that power had gone out from him.

He turned around in the crowd and asked, “Who touched my clothes He turned around in the crowd and asked, “Who touched my clothes?” “You see the people crowding against you,” his disciples answered, “and yet you can ask, ‘Who touched me?’ ”But Jesus kept looking around to see who had done it. Then the woman, knowing what had happened to her, came and fell at his feet and, trembling with fear, told him the whole truth.

He said to her, “Daughter, your faith has healed you He said to her, “Daughter, your faith has healed you. Go in peace and be freed from your suffering.” Matthew 5:24-34

A Canaanite woman from that vicinity came to him, crying out, “Lord, Son of David, have mercy on me! My daughter is demon-possessed and suffering terribly.” Jesus did not answer a word. . 

So his disciples came to him and urged him, “Send her away, for she keeps crying out after us.” He answered, “I was sent only to the lost sheep of Israel.”  

The woman came and knelt before him. “Lord, help me. ” she said The woman came and knelt before him. “Lord, help me!” she said. He replied, “It is not right to take the children’s bread and toss it to the dogs.” “Yes it is, Lord,” she said. “Even the dogs eat the crumbs that fall from their master’s table.”  

Then Jesus said to her, “Woman, you have great faith Then Jesus said to her, “Woman, you have great faith! Your request is granted.”  And her daughter was healed at that moment. Matthew 15:22-28  

Your attitude is the most contagious thing about you Your attitude is the most contagious thing about you. Have a faith attitude.

Faith = Trying

Don’t just celebrate success. Celebrate faith!
