There are many ways to ask how someone is feeling: Comment vas-tu? Comment allez-vous? (adult or more than one person) Comment ça va? Ça va?

There are also many replies: Je vais très bien I’m very well Je vais mieux I’m better Ça va (très) bien I’m (very) well Comme ci, comme ça So-so Pas mal Not bad Ça ne va pas I’m not too good Je suis fatigué(e) I’m tired

If you are ill, there’s perhaps a part of your body which is sore If you are ill, there’s perhaps a part of your body which is sore. Let’s remind ourselves how to say what is sore:
