Design phase Focusing on data analyses and visualization Objective: Enhance the visual presentation and data discovery possibilities on the results data to the general public During the design phase we worked with the vendor on answering: How to create user journeys from our data? Which are the possible starting points? Can we tell if the users reach their destination? What are the possible perspectives for the users to drilldown? What insights do we want the user to have on each type of content? What insights do we want the user to have for comparison? What type of visualization to we want to use? etc…
