Objectives By the end of this lesson, you’ll be able to get some information about IQ and EQ; learn about the results of researches into IQ and EQ; discuss how to improve EQ.

According to Professor Salovey, EQ consists of five aspects According to Professor Salovey, EQ consists of five aspects. They are managing emotions, motivating emotions, handing relationships, empathy and self-awareness.  To improve our EQ, we should try to control our anger at first. And then, we should try to learn to deal with people. Also, always be optimistic and positive, and the last but not the least, cherish our chance to live in this wonderful world.
