Our School Plan Steps we’re taking to be ‘Healthy: Inside and Out’ [INSERT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR SCHOOL’S PLANS BELOW] Or need some inspiration? Here are a few ideas: Encouraging self reflection Wake up and shake up activity in assembly Yoga and meditation classes

Challenge of the week Take a ‘Mindfulness Minute’ before bed Sleep is important for maintaining good physical and mental wellbeing. It allows our bodies time to repair and our minds to process thoughts and feelings from the day. This week take a ‘Mindfulness Minute’ before bed to help quieten your mind. Reflect on your day’s thoughts and feelings and write down one positive thing that happened to you each day.
