Presentation transcript:

Santa Claus is coming to town!! The Bristol Civil Service Sports Club is pleased to offer a visit to see Father Christmas for all the good little boys and girls this coming December. Not here in Bristol but on a special visit he is making to Legoland Windsor.Last year 200 of our members and their children visited Father Christmas on this trip to Legoland. If you didn’t – do you know what you and your children are missing? Maybe is it time this year to take the grandchildren? What about a Santa Sleep over – wouldn’t that be magical!! Better read on ….. On Saturday 14th December 2019 a Christmas Special coach will leave the club car park at 8.00.am and travel to Legoland where you can wonder at the twinkling lights, snow-dusted pine trees, exciting seasonal festivities and see the Park as you have never seen it before… all with a sprinkling of LEGO magic. Journey to the heart of the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort and discover a Christmas land with over 30 rides, shows and attractions. See Christmas come to life in Miniland, where guests can spot special LEGO additions to London and Scotland, including a Christmas market in Covent Garden, magical lighting and more. If you are very lucky, you will even spot LEGO Father Christmas delivering his gifts! Not only that, families can build together, adding to a festive LEGO scene, marvel at the stunning 8 meter high LEGO Christmas Tree towering over Kingdom of the Pharaoh’s, take part in the LEGO scavenger hunt and enjoy a day filled with fun and imagination. The elves will be looking for little helpers to help build LEGO gifts to take home and write letters to Father Christmas. Even Ollie the Dragon and LEGO Santa will be taking part to spread festive cheer! The highlight of your day will be meeting Father Christmas in his magical grotto, where every child will receive a LEGO gift… just follow his trusted elves. Santa Sleep over. Wouldn’t it be magical to spend the Friday night before at a Santa Sleep over in the Legoland Resort Hotel and then following breakfast on Saturday head into Legoland for a day of fun on the rides and your special visit to see Father Christmas. The special family rooms sleep a family of four (or could squeeze in a third child so that no one is left out). On arrival and once you’re checked in you can use the swimming pool and then spend the evening enjoying the live entertainment and the Lego Lounge and enjoy the Movie Den or the Brick Pits before it’s time for bed ready for a busy and exciting day.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY Saturday – coach trip only The cost per person is just £22 (under 2’s at the time of the visit - £8) which includes the coach, admission to Legoland and your visit to Father Christmas including a special gift for the children. So what are you waiting for? E-mail BristolCSSC@virginmedia.com now to reserve your places. Whilst we will try to accommodate all who wish to go there will be limits and so places are strictly on a first come basis and you will need to pay the full amount within 14 days of having your places confirmed. Please make sure you tell us how many adults and children (including their ages) are in your party. We need the name of each person attending, their CSSC membership number (where applicable – or their relationship to you the CSSC member) and their age – if they are children. We appreciate that Children may want to bring Nanny and Grand Dad as well so, on this occasion we will open the trip to an extended immediate family but must include at least one full CSSC member. (Maximum of 6 in a group with two or more being CSSC members. If your group is larger than this you will need to e-mail BristolCSSC@virginmedia.com with all the details of those wishing to attend to see if we can accommodate you first). We regret there is unlikely to be any guest places on this trip. However if you would like to request guest spaces then these will be offered if there are any spaces when the booking for members closes. Prices for guests are available on request. Our visit will end at about 5.00.pm when the coach will leave and bring you back to the club of a night cap and then off to bed. It is a legal requirement for everyone on the coach to wear seatbelts and any children who are too small for a seat belt MUST travel in a forward facing child seat that can be fixed using a standard seat belt. You must provide this yourself and there cannot be any exceptions. We know summer isn’t yet over but we do have to get our booking in to ensure we can get the places to see Father Christmas. Requests must be received by Sunday 1st September 2019 Last year we took 200 people to see Father Christmas – if you want to join us this year please act now and get your booking request in – don’t leave it too late and disappoint your children!! Santa Sleep over To participate in the Santa Sleep over it will be necessary to make your own way to Legoland Windsor. All of the details regarding the Saturday are as above. The overall cost for a family room, including breakfast (based on two adults and two children) and including your park entry and visit to Father Christmas is just £210 ( a family of five would be £235). Again requests must be received by Sunday 1st September 2019 Rooms for a family with special needs are available but VERY limited so if you would like us to try to secure you one of these please respond immediately. To participate in the sleep over event at this special price would require both adults to be CSSC members. If you need to add your partner to the CSSC membership then this can simply be done on line at www.cssc.co.uk or by calling the membership team on the number shown on this website.
