EMS/Trauma Registry Information System Project Process Stakeholders input continues to be highly valued. We thank you for your participation in the DSHS Stakeholder Webinars and your continued support. We look forward to your responses and input to our system demonstrations to be scheduled during the June Stakeholder Webinars. The Registry Solutions Workgroup (RSWG) has provided excellent input to-date and is currently providing valuable feedback on EMS/Trauma Registry rules and conditions and data validation steps for processing data files Daily sessions are held between Trauma Program staff and Consilience DSHS Project Management and Executive Steering Committee oversight Current Accomplishments Trauma Modeling Phase Completed Establishes the relationships between the data elements, the workflows, and the business processes of the new system Model includes NEMSIS 3.1 version data elements Data Mapping from Current Trauma Registry to New Database Elements Migration Interface Component developed Next Steps ‘GO LIVE’ slated for September 2012 Trauma Project Activities over the next year
