Whole Game System To be able to have involvement within football every one requires a fan account. Within your fan account you will need to enter a mobile number and email account. This information will be filtered down into fulltime, depending on what roles you have. When you join a club and a team your club secretary will assign you to the team roles. If your role is a manager or coach the system will not added you to these roles if your Enhanced CRC Checks are not valid. Manager Role If you are setup as a manager it will enable the Full Time to send you a logon. You will also receive emails giving details of fixtures. County Cup Email Contact. This will enable a team administrator to receive emails and be able to create a login for Fulltime County Cup SMS Contact To enable your mobile number to flitter into Full Time and to be setup to receive SMS text to enter results. These Role once created will be listed in you Fan Account.

Full Time Statistics Once the information has flittered down into Fulltime The following action will be carried out by the league. 1. You will receive an invite to create a login to access to you team/teams within Full Time. 2. Your mobile number will be setup to send text result request. On Match day you will received a text from the FA. The format of the texted will be A006 v A235 Follow the instructions and enter H-V e.g. 3-2 If your team is under 7’s or under 8’s enter 0-0 If your game is postponed enter P-P (use this if it is due to weather) If your game is cancelled enter C-C You are now ready to complete the on line statistic. Both Teams must complete by Wednesday night. There are three sections you need to complete these must be completed by both teams. Folder 1 FA marks You need to enter the marks for the Referee. If the referee is a parent or coach try and get the name if not enter home parent , home coach You will also need to complete the Respect questionnaire and the pitch questionaire. Match Statistics Non Competitive Leagues Players can move between teams within the same club as long as their card goes with them. The only time players need to be in their allocated teams is in the trophy events. Players can be registered against a different team within their current club and age group prior to trophy events. The league will require match statistics to be completed within 48hrs of the fixture. It is important that both teams mark the referee, even if it is a parent, the league can use these marks to see if any trends develop. Fair play marks will be required at the end of the season, these must be completed weekly on line. All teams must complete and return cancellation forms. Failure to complete will result in a fine being issued. Competitive Leagues This year we will be using fulltime online statistic. Match statistics must be completed in full by both teams within 48hrs of the game. A team must enter their Statics within 48 hours of the fixture. They will need to provide a fair play mark and a referee mark. Failure to complete will result in a fine being issued. Cancellation forms must be completed in the normal way.
