Figure 1 cDC2s Represent the Majority of Migratory DCs Found in Human Lymph Nodes Mucosal tissue DCs comprise cDC1 and cDC2. In the draining lymph nodes, migratory DCs are mainly composed of cDC2, suggesting that cDC1 and cDC2 have different migratory properties.
