Exploring What’s New in Leadership Development Brittany Vaughan Lt. Governor, District 9 Zonta Club of Burbank, Area 3

Like it or not, you’re all leaders

This Session Explores: Leadership Styles Leading Multiple Generations Collaboration Technology Accountability Expanded Learning

Key Message New leadership is collaborative, accountable and resourceful. Leaders are utilizing technology to access information and tools that create efficiency and allow for greater creativity.

Why is this important? Understanding the expectations of new leadership (collaboration, accountability, expertise, use of technology) creates a platform to assess the extent to which we are engaging these ideas.

Utilizing this understanding as a resource, steps can be taken to enhance the way we engage in each of these expectations. In doing so, we create healthier organizations, increase trust (internally and externally) and show our commitment and respect towards those we lead.
