Speech Craft Speech craft is a workshop by Toastmasters to train non- members in communication, public speaking and leadership skills and show them the value of a constructive feedback.

Before the meeting Make a list of new members Have a few guest packets Contact former guests and members Be ready for new member induction, with script and new member certificate  

On Arrival at meeting Greet all guests and members Provide all guests with guest packets Answer queries guests may have Explain the agenda, so that the guest is not lost, and tell about his/her participation in Table Topics  

After club meeting Meet all guests to answer queries Invite guests to join the club Help guests complete the membership application
