Presentation transcript:

Observations: 70 bacteria colonies. Some are yellow, most are off-white. The yellow and most of the white colonies have smooth edges. They are raised dots off the surface of the agar. There is one large white colony that is 20 mm in diameter. The large white colony has jagged edges. The surface of the agar is smooth. The agar is about 40% covered in bacteria. The agar is 4 mm in height.

Observations: 2 small colonies of bacteria Observations: 2 small colonies of bacteria. One is 5 mm in diameter, the other is 2 mm in diameter. They are both a light yellowish-white color. The surface of the agar is smooth. The colonies are perfect raised circles with smooth edges. The agar is about 1% covered in bacteria. The agar is 4 mm in height.
