Clicks Group Store Numbers and Growth The Clicks Group has a total of 853 stores as at the end of February 2019 18 net new stores joining the portfolio in the six months to February 2019 (21 opened, 5 closed) Growth +1.9% from FY2018 +35.4% growth over five-years The Group also completed 31 store refurbishments (FY2018: 55) Clicks Retail has 680 stores with the addition of 17 net new stores in HY2019 (18 opened, 1 closed) Convenience format accounts for 73% of Click stores with 14 added in HY2019 while 3 stores joined the Destination format making 184 stores Pharmacies can be found in 528 Clicks stores (77.6%) after 18 net new pharmacies opened in the six months, taking five-year growth to +55.8% Clinics are in 203 Clicks stores (30%), with 1 net new clinic opening in HY2019, five-year growth +46.8% The Body Shop has a presence in 189 Clicks stores (27.8% of Clicks stores) growth +11.2% YoY with 19 added GNC (General Nutrition Centres) can be found in 542 stores (79.7% of Clicks stores) with +19.4% growth YoY and +79.7% growth over five- years Claire’s has presence in 150 stores (22% of Clicks Stores), down from the HY2018 peak of 216 stores SOURCE: Clicks Group Ltd NOTE: *37 stores as per Clicks website, Nov 2017

Planned New Stores Clicks Group has planned R701m for CAPEX for FY2019 including investment plans in new stores, pharmacies, store refurbishments and the enabling supply chain and information technology capabilities R364m CAPEX is planned for stores 41 Clicks stores 30 – 35 new pharmacies 55 store refurbishments/expansions (31 done by HY) Open more clinics, targeting 210 by end of FY2019 R337m CAPEX is planned for spending on infrastructure including Clicks Centurion distribution centre expansion (Phase 2), enhancing UPD’s capacity and Group IT Retail trading space growth of +6% planned for FY2019 CAPEX planned for the next 3 years is R650m – R700m per year Clicks retail store goal is to have 900 stores in SA with a pharmacy in each store
