“Classic Cocktails Mixology at Whole Foods in Chicago” Date & Location: 17th of October 2013 @ Whole Foods, Lincoln Park, Chicago Illinois in collaboration with Prasino Restaurant. Action: Demonstrated how to make classic cocktails with Mixologist Todd Ekis of Prasino. Presented the proper use of bar tools for quality cocktails.  The cocktails listed below were paired with dishes created by the Executive Chef of Prasino Restaurant. 1) “French 75” showcased with Hennessy VS Cognac, Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge and Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label. 2) “Classic Daiquiri” showcased with 10 Cane Rum. 3) “Bloody Mary” showcased with Belvedere Bloody Mary. Objective: Increase the awareness of the versatility of 10 Cane Rum, Belvedere Bloody Mary, Hennessy VS and Grand Marnier to those interested in mixology in Chicago. Secure new cocktail placements at Prasino Restaurant. Results: New Cocktail of 10 Cane Rum, 3 cases depleted. New Cocktail of Belvedere Bloody Mary, 4 cases depleted. Zachary Browning, CSW Chicago
