HOMEWORK Posted on our school website and will be copied into their HW Notebook It is expected that homework be done on a daily basis. Students copy homework each day in their notebook. Homework is a review of the day’s work. Supplies – Art supplies optional (double set) No HW is graded as a zero, no make up HW will be accepted unless emergency/absence Incomplete HW is graded as a 50 Complete HW is graded as a 100 Sign each assignment every night

REMINDERS Our classroom has an A.C. unit, please have your child bring in a sweater. Please be sure to check for notices everyday. If your child is absent, please send them in with a doctor’s note or a note from you. If your child’s dismissal is ever different from what is the norm, please email, call the school, or send in a note. If you would like your child to be a Red Star Walker, send in a note. Fact Fluency “Fluently multiply and divide within 100, using strategies such as the relationship between multiplication and division (e.g., knowing that 8 × 5 = 40, one knows 40 ÷ 5 = 8) or properties of operations. By the end of Grade 3, know from memory all products of two one-digit numbers.” By December, all students will be held accountable to knowing their 11 and 12 facts.
