LIMS Upgrade LIMS Upgrade, includes customization of case analyst notes, instrumental data, laboratory reports, a content management system, and a secure web client portal for case requests Paperless System Improved Functionality, Client Portal, Reduced Staff Time and Errors by removing duplicate data entry

NMDPS-Forensic Laboratory Laboratory Information Management System Upgrade Status CONTRACTS: RESPEC & Cognosante The current contracts have been amended, extending the termination date to 02/29/20. These will need to be amended again to cover the time thru Project Closeout. Porter Lee The contract was finally awarded at the end of May 2019. This will need to be amended to cover the current planned implementation.

05/29 – Contract forwarded to Porter Lee NMDPS-Forensic Laboratory Laboratory Information Management System Upgrade Timetable: 05/29 – Contract forwarded to Porter Lee 08/09 – Servers set up, copy of the Oracle database in place, migrated initial system code to new servers, all PL software and licenses installed 08/19-22 – Security administration, Kickoff meeting and start of Requirement identification/validation 09/12 – TARC 09/25 – PCC for Implementation 09/27 – Complete requirement identification/validation
