The general dissemination starts with the beginning of the project work and ensure continuous information given to stakeholders, multipliers and experts about the project and raise awareness of the network’s aims.

INFORMATION ACTIVITIES each organization will work on a different scale - locally, regionally, nationally and internationally, due to their specific profiles and tasks. The inclusion of journalists from book and on-line editions as target group will ensure adequate media coverage of the project. Publications, articles, announcements and advertisements national and local daily newspapers, web-based publications

Web based information Information to promote both project's activities and the final results, for presenting the outcomes of the project and promoting best practices will be provided and uploaded on each partner’s web site.

The Website It will be implemented in progress and will be the key "tool" both for external and internal communication and interaction The website will be developed by Syntra West until April 2010 (month 7 of the project) being only available in English. The index page will provide general information about the BSP Carrier Pathway project. Any further information will be distributed throughout the Website – agenda, text reports after our meetings, Gallery. The index page provides the links: Home, Partners, Template, Related Links... The “Partners” section lists Co-ordinator and Full Partners. Links to every single institution part of our consortium will be provided.

Marketing Materials Career Path leaflet - translated into each partners own language; -distribution at the regional dissemination; -generic context; -individual sections for each country; -gaps identified; -to identify barriers and how these maybe addressed in different partner countries. Information panels, invitations and inquiry sheets/questionnaires etc., representing the project will be prepared and handed out during all events, visits and meetings to multipliers.

Mailing List local authorities, regional governments, national policy makers and influencers and awarding bodies and standards setting organizations, other relevant institutions and bodies - educational and business departments in ministries and municipalities, EU institutions, local communities, VET agencies and associations, belonging to networks or platforms, working in the field of BSP, journalists, universities and students, trainer and trainees, researchers and lecturers, schools, pedagogic staff, professionals, related European project teams, companies, clients, consultants and corporate business advisers …………………….. – all bodies, which will be interested to use, implement and disseminate the project’s results.

Assistance to forums forums for direct dissemination, such as specialized workshops, congresses and conferences, events, both national and European, related to the project topics.

Partners’ networks important "information/dissemination platforms" for the project. Project's activities and final results will be spread out through the networks and, thanks to their significant number of partners members/customers, a large number of stakeholders will be informed and involved Europe-wide in the proposal.

Visibility of EU support a particular attention will be paid to make EU support visible during events and in all the material disseminated - the name and logo of the European Commission and the name and logo of the LLL Programme on all the information and promotional materials will be provided DG Education and Culture Leonardo da Vinci PARTNERSHIPS

Distribution channels during trainings in each partner organization, meetings and site-visits, on relevant forums and events, face to face meetings, via members, partners and customers of the partners organizations, by directly distribution through mailing lists drawn up, internet forums and blogs, links to web sites of partners and project teams etc.

Follow- up activities After closing the project work we will - communicate with other Business Support Professionals in other participating partners countries to gain best practice and approaches to get chance to progress from a level 2 qualification to level 7+ in the future; - look to future opportunities to gain European transferable qualification or accreditation; - give the opportunity for trainees from other sectors to consider a ‘real’ career in Business Support as it develops a career path and an academic structure; - give graduates from other sectors the opportunity to consider further higher education in the business support sector.

Follow- up activities All participants will use new/different ways to communicate, get information, data and publish and present our project results. The follow- up of this Project will be accomplished by strengthen collaboration among partners for joint participation in new projects within the framework of the LLL Programme; launcing other future similar joint initatives with the partner organizations.
