The drug – Prednisolon: 1. Preliminary studies The drug – Prednisolon: Prednisolone is a steroid class drug which reduces swelling and decreases the body’s immune response. It is mostly used to treat hormonal disorders, but also allergic and immune disorders. Prednisolone is the main drug used in treatment of PMR.

3. Critical analysis Problems: It was difficult to know at which level (how detailed) we should model the ontology. The patient record was huge, and we were not able to get so much information from that.
