Funding Target: Between $1.7 and $2.0 million Implementation: Request for Proposals (RFP) to hire a firm to operate one program countywide Timing: New program proposed to start July 1, 2011 and end June 30, 2013.

Funding Target: Between $.9 and 1.2 million. Implementation: TAP: RFP to develop a list of on-call consultants (engineers/planners). Capital: call for projects to local agencies for capital improvements. Cap-TAP Program: Provide assistance to local agencies in identifying and designing projects that encourage non-automotive school trips. Capital Program: Projects could potentially flow from a TAP project or completed walk audit. Timing: New program proposed to start July 1, 2011 and end June 30, 2013.
