Desktop Browser Background wMobile customers use mobile web UI as a lightweight desktop access point to GoldMine wMobile Desktop Browser UI aims to serve this need while leveraging the web infrastructure developed for the mobile web UI wMobile Desktop Browser UI will be delivered to all existing and new wMobile customers as part of regular software maintenance and with no additional cost wMobile will remain at the same per license price point wMobile Desktop Browser will require no additional servers or software

Desktop Browser Login Screen Users connect to a saved web bookmark from any PC or Mac browser Users connect with their GoldMine user name and password licensed for wMobile Users can chose either the mobile or desktop browser as they see fit

Desktop Browser Contact Search Users can search by any combination of fields with any search operators Users can preview searched records Users can select one or multiple records and record activities from the search screen User can chose to view the full contact record

Desktop Browser Contact Detail Users see the same contact record as they see in full desktop version All custom fields are automatically displayed in the Browser UI Contact detail tabs behave as in the desktop UI All field drop downs options are supported

Desktop Browser Slide Out Pane Previously viewed records are accessed through a slide out pane on the left of the screen for quick navigation to previously viewed contacts Filters and Groups are activated from the slide out pane

Desktop Browser Scheduling Scheduling and completing activities is done in the same screen layout as the desktop UI

Desktop Browser Calendar Daily, Weekly and Monthly calendars are available Users can drag and drop to reschedule activities Users can view others calendars and schedule according to security permissions

Desktop Browser Activity List Open and closed activities can be viewed in filterable list views Activities can be managed and completed from the list Users can quickly move activities forward a set number of days
