+ Propane By: Cassandra Iglesias, Azia Gonzalez, Giselle Gonzalez

+ What is propane? Propane is a three-carbon alkane with the molecular formula C3H8, normally a gas, but compressible to a transportable liquid. Propane is one of a group of liquefied petroleum gases. Propane containing too much propylene is not suited for most vehicle fuels.Propane is an efficient and inexpensive fuel that is widely used across the United States in water heaters, furnaces, stoves, household appliances and outdoor barbecue grills.

+ What is propane used for? Well propane is used for many different things used. These are some examples on what propane is used for. Well propane can be used for heaters, acs, and BBQs. so with out a heater in the winter people can die because off the cold depending where they live. Also with out a ac in the summer it will be very hot in you house. And with out propane u cant use your BBQ to cook anything.

+ Why is propane important? Well propane is very important now a days because its used for many different things. so with propane you can do many of these things for example there are still some heaters, acs, and of course BBQs that require the use of propane. Imagine not been able to afford a gas heater u are stuck with a propane heater. So thats why propane is important.
