When it comes to oppression many people are neither part of the problem nor the solution The people who notice inequalities but do not do anything about them need to change their ways if we are to fix the problem

Many privileged people do not realize they are privileged because it doesn’t refer to having a better life but to having something that others do not It is important to realize you are part of a privileged group and use that to work against oppression

What you can do People and systems must change Acknowledge oppression Be aware of privilege Raise awareness Withdraw support
